Join over 90 clinics that utilise the Vaxtracker vaccine safety surveillance tool in their clinic. Registration is easy, free of cost and ongoing management is burden-free.

Vaxtracker is currently collecting vaccine safety data for the following vaccines:

COVID-19 vaccines
Influenza vaccines
National Immunisation Program vaccines

How To Join

If your clinic would like to join Vaxtracker and contribute to vaccine safety, simply contact the Vaxtracker team to express your interest in being involved.

Someone from the team will contact you and ask a few questions about how you would like to implement the system in your clinic. Setting up a clinic in the Vaxtracker system takes less than 5 minutes.

Clinics can choose from a number of module functions including:

Individual enrolment - Enrol participants individually for a study vaccine and concomitants. Supports conventional vaccination clinic situations.
Session enrolment - Conduct enrolment sessions of multiple participants with the same vaccine. Supports staff health or public pop-up clinic situations.
Participant surveys - Complete surveys on behalf of participants lacking capability or technology. Supports aged care facilities and remote communities.
Reaction feedback - View and follow-up alerting reactions reported by enrolled participants. Needed by full-service General Practice clinics.

Clinics can also choose to receive email alerts when a participant returns a survey with serious symptoms reported.

Once the Vaxtracker team registers your clinic in the system you can print the QR code poster straight away to hang in visible areas of your clinic alongside an information poster. Let your patients know that they can be involved in vaccine safety surveillance by scanning the QR code and filling in a short registration form.
